For questions about wholesale accounts, your order, customizing an order or general questions, please go to Contact Us.
When you place an order, the Gifts From the Earth shopping cart connects with USPS where the shipping is calculated based on weight and shipping destination. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Handling fee is $3.00 per order. Orders are usually shipped within 7 days. All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail.
At this time we are shipping to the United States only. If you wish to have products shipped elsewhere, please contact us for more shipping information. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Back Ordered Products
Because our products are hand crafted in small batches and created at the time of ordering, we generally do not have back orders unless we are experiencing difficulty receiving ingredients from our suppliers. We will notify you of any back orders and an approximate delivery date.
Returns are limited to damaged or incorrect merchandise. We offer exchanges only, not refunds. Please do not assume that if a product does not meet your standards for texture or application, that we will exchange it. Once it is shipped back to us for examination, we will determine if indeed the product is damaged, or does not meet our standards. You most return items within 14 days of delivery in order to exchange product.
In the majority of cases, products are exchanged without question, and shipping costs for the return are refunded. In some cases a customer simply has buyer's remorse. In this case, products are sent back to the ecustomer. This is standard procedure for cosmetics sales, since products can become contaminated once in customer's hands. We must guarantee all of our clients that the products they purchase have been stored within our company walls in hygenic conditions prior to being shipped.
If you have a concern, such as a mislabeled product or a faulty container, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 7 days from receipt of your shipment. Have your order number ready. Please do not shop products back to us without contacting customer service first. We will replace the product as well as the shipping cost incurred to you.

Customer service phone hours are 11am - 3pm Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday (360) 521-5455. Emails are answered within 24 hours.
Orders can be placed online or by phone at (360) 521-5455.
*We cannot accept orders placed through email, unless previously authorized. Please do not send credit card information or other secure personal information through email.
*Add-ons and changes can be made up to 24 hours after an order has been placed. After that time, a separate order should be placed through the shopping cart. If you are making a change to an order within the alloted time, always include your order number as a reference.
We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
We like to give our clients helpful information about natural skincare and natural living. We also like to let our customers know about our specials too and shows we are doing. If you like to receive our email please sign up below. We do not sell your information to anyone ever and send out a couple emails a month.
